1. Dissolve ¾ cup (155g) of sugar in ½ cup (125 ml) of water and bring to a boil
2. Let it cool down and add ¼ cup (37.5g) of Meringue Powder
3. Beat on high speed for about 6-8 minutes or until light and firm
4. Spread or press through pastry bag and bake for about 30-35 minutes at 250 F.
