Rolled Chocolate Buttercream Icing

Ingredients:

Shortening, 1 cup
Karo white syrup, 1 cup
Cocoa powder, ½ cup
Powdered sugar, 7 ½ cups
Salt (Popcorn Salt), ½ tsp
Vanilla, 1 tsp
Butter flavoring ½ tsp

Directions:
Cream shortening, corn syrup and cocoa together. Add flavorings and salt. Add powder sugar 1 cup at a time until a soft dough forms. As mixer begins to bog down, stop and finish kneading by hand.
