The Secret to Peeling a Peach
August is National Peach Month! I can’t think of many things tastier than fresh, ripe peaches, especially if you’re lucky enough to get them straight from the tree like I have been this last summer. I don’t get many peaches, and they rarely last the trip from the tree to the kitchen without being devoured, but when I do, I can’t help but feel immediately inclined to throw them into a cobbler. But what about the peach fuzz?
