Rocky Road Fudge

Tools Needed
9" baking pan (Fat Daddio's PSQ)
Measuring cups/spoons

2 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 stick butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
7 1/2 oz (1 jar) Marshmallow Fluff
3/4 tsp vanilla
1 12-oz package semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Makes 2 1/2 pounds
  1. Grease a 9 x 9" baking pan, set aside.
  2. In large saucepan combine the first 5 ingredients. Stir over low heat until blended. Increase heat to medium and bring to a full-rolling boil. Boil slowly, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Don't stop stirring!
  3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and chocolate until chocolate is melted.
  4. Add nuts and mini marshmallows. Turn into greased pan and cool.
