Shipping Information

Our fulfillment center is in Lakewood, WA. Shipping options and delivery times may vary depending on the location of the ship-to address.
Orders placed on fatdaddios.com are usually processed during business days within 24 to 72 hours, fulfillment may take 5-8 business days.
There may be delays in processing and delivering your order due to global demand during peak times or product availability. Pre-orders will be shipped once available. Please contact us for estimated shipping times for pre-orders.
We offer both standard and expedited shipping options. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
After your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment. Visit the order status page to track your order and shipping status.
Orders may be sent in more than one package.
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to PO, APO or FPO addresses.

Available Discounts

Continental United States (lower 48 and D.C.): Enjoy free standard flat rate shipping on orders totaling $50 or more. Currently, the following locations are not eligible for our shipping offers: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Micronesia, Palau, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and the Virgin Islands.

Shipping Outside the United States

Unfortunately, we are not currently selling direct-to-consumer outside the United States on fatdaddios.com. To locate a local or neighboring source, email info@fatdaddios.com.

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is packed and ready for shipment or has shipped, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
