At Fat Daddio’s, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. Our warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Here is what you need to know about our warranty policy:

Duration of Warranty

The warranty is valid for life from the date of purchase under coverages as defined below.

What Does This Warranty Cover?

• ProSeries Bakeware: Anodized Aluminum and Stainless-Steel products. Other products may not covered.
• Material and Workmanship: If your product suffers from a manufacturing defect, we are here to help. Anodized Aluminum and Stainless-Steel products are guaranteed against rust, and surface flaking or peeling.
• Usability: We ensure that our products meet functional standards before they reach you.
• Direct-to-consumer (D2C) Purchases: Product(s) must be purchased in the United States, Canada, and its recognized territories directly from fatdaddios.com and associated sales channels. Claims for defective product(s) purchased from another marketplace or retailer should be directed to the respective retailer. Contact us if you are not receiving adequate assistance from the said retailer.

What Does This Warranty NOT Cover?

• Normal Wear and Tear: Damage such as scratches and/or dents from daily use is not covered. Discoloration of anodized bakeware from use or due to dishwashing detergents. Normal use is defined as personal use of the product and not commercial or related business environment.
• Accidental Damage: We cannot cover products damaged through accidental mishandling.
• Misuse or Abuse: Damage from improper use, storage, or handling is not covered.
• Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs: Alterations or repairs by unauthorized persons void this warranty.

How to Claim

1. Read: Returns & Refunds Policy
2. Contact Us: Reach out with a detailed description of the issue.
3. Provide Documentation: Send us proof of purchase, photos or videos showcasing the defect, and appropriate return forms, if applicable.
4. Assessment: Your claim will be evaluated for eligibility under our warranty policy.
5. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we may replace or refund your product at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

• Fat Daddio’s liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the product.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are not covered under this warranty.
