Fat Daddio’s has manufactured anodized aluminum bakeware for decades, headquartered in Spokane, Washington. Our bakeware pans are used in commercial kitchens, bakeries, hotels, and homes in over 60 countries.
Where we work
Our operations are based primarily in Spokane, Washington. We are a B2B wholesale manufacturer with a direct storefront, a custom manufacturing division, and an active baking community, which means the work here spans production, trade, and craft.
What we do here
Fat Daddio’s is made up of the following functions:
- Manufacturing and production. Producing more than 150 distinct baking pans to spec.
- Custom manufacturing. Engineering aluminum solutions for industries as varied as radio astronomy, bio sciences, architecture, automotive, and telecommunications.
- Wholesale and commercial sales. Supporting distributors, restaurant suppliers, retailers, and foodservice partners worldwide.
- Warehouse and fulfillment. Getting orders out accurately and on time.
- Ecommerce and digital. Running our direct storefront, catalog, and technical library.
- Marketing and brand. Recipes, technique education, and the partnerships that carry the brand.
- Customer support. Answering baking, sizing, and order questions from home bakers and professionals alike.
