- Removable-bottom sheet cake pan (Fat Daddio’s POBCC-9132)
- Saucepan
- Measuring cups & spoons
Ingredients:
- Butter, 2 tbsp
- Canned milk, 2/3 cup
- Sugar, 1 2/3 cups
- Salt, 1/2 tsp
- Mini marshmallows, 2 cups
- Chocolate chips, 1 1/2 cup
- Vanilla, 1 tsp
- Chopped Nuts, 1/2 cup
Directions:
- Combine butter, milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, approximately 5 minutes. Stir constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla and nuts. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until everything is melted and blended.
- Pour into buttered pans.
- Allow to cool and cut into squares.
