Five-Minute Fudge

Tools:

Removable-bottom sheet cake pan (Fat Daddio's POBCC-9132)
Saucepan
Measuring cups & spoons

Ingredients:

Butter, 2 tbsp
Canned milk, 2/3 cup
Sugar, 1 2/3 cups
Salt, 1/2 tsp
Mini marshmallows, 2 cups
Chocolate chips, 1 1/2 cup
Vanilla, 1 tsp
Chopped Nuts, 1/2 cup

Directions:

Combine butter, milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, approximately 5 minutes. Stir constantly.

Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla and nuts. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until everything is melted and blended.

Pour into buttered pans.

Allow to cool and cut into squares.
